Taping applied well is extremely useful for facilitating return to sport after injury.
Some people believe it is only for proprioceptive feedback to help the sports person be more aware of the position of their joint or limb, however when well applied it can help with alignment, offload painful areas and help prevent injury.
All our therapists learn taping techniques from Theresa McGinn as she has developed very good techniques over the past 25 years working in frontline with many sporting organisations.
